Outside Sales Reps

Responsible for achieving assigned sales quota by bringing in new and maintaining existing business. Sells products to a defined set of accounts or geographic territory. Contributes to the development of the sales strategy at the account level, to maximize profitability for the company and account.

Requirements for the position include:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
  • Strong customer service/logistics/operational experience
  • Understanding of customer service values and behaviors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills: ERP (AIMS360), MS Office
  • Passion for surfing/watersports, SUP, fitness, and the related lifestyle preferred

National Sales Manager

This position is responsible for managing and leading a team of outside sales reps according to long term mission, vision, values and objectives of the company. The position requires the ability to forecast, set sales and profit goals, and to drive product initiatives for each channel. This position will interface between all internal departments to ensure maximum product fulfillment. This position will generate and oversee key major accounts.

Requirements for the position include:

  • 5+ Years Sales Management with expertise in leading a successful team.
  • Ability to segment sales force and hire new sales reps when necessary; ability to challenge and motive sales team to perform at a high level.
  • Bring established retailer relationships and the ability to develop new business across multiple channels, including resort experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the fitness/action sports/waterman world
  • Ability to set budgets, and manage expenses
  • Start-up experience preferred
