Almost everywhere in the world. We ship to US, Canada, throughout Europe, and Japan all the time, but our e-commerce system is set up to take orders from just about any place with a street address.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Free Holiday ground shipping within Mainland USA.
Standard shipping rates apply. UPS and USPS are available.
Please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that your government may charge you additional duties and tariffs on top of regular postal charges.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being received Monday through Friday. Orders received after 11 AM (PST), on weekends, or during a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Laird Apparel products can be returned up to 30 days after date of purchase for a full refund, providing the item is in its original condition, with tags still attached. Products in their original condition that are returned after 30 days will be eligible for store credit at the current selling price or the promotional price that was offered at the time of purchase. Sale Items are final sale, exchange only. International orders will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Import duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund orders for packages not delivered due to unpaid duty charges.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN / EXCHANGE?
US Returns / Exchanges
For account holding customers who purchase while logged in, we offer free return shipping. Login to your account to generate the free return shipping label. Generating your own return for free return shipping: Go to MY ACCOUNT > MY ORDERS > Find the order. click on RETURN at the right hand side > In Item Box Scroll to item you want to return. Fill in information boxes below.> If returning more then one item, click on ADD ITEM TO YOUR RETURN on the far right > repeat the process for each returning item. To print FREE Return Shipping Label, go back to MY ORDERS > Click on View Order > At the top right click on CREATE Return Shipping Label > Click on INVOICES, print and include your invoice in your return.
If you purchased as a guest or internationally, we do not provide free return shipping. If you would like to exchange or return your purchase, send us an email at email@example.com. Let us know what you will be returning and if this is a refund or an exchange. Once we receive your package you will be sent an email notifying you that your return is being processed. Most returns are processed within 1 week of being received. Refunds should take between 1-3 days to post to your account.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Laird Club Quarterly subscription ‘Capsules’ are dispatched every three months.
- Your first capsule will be shipped immediately by USPS Ground and thereafter, every three months.
- The package cost is $175.00 all inclusive of Shipping in the US only.
- Your membership can be cancelled or put on hold at any time. Just give Customer Services a call.
- Your curated quarterly capsule is non-returnable, however if you need to change sizes, then no problem, just call in for an RA number and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
- Not available internationally.
