WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently only ship within the US.  Please check back for future updates on expanded shipping regions.

Free ground Domestic shipping when you spend more then $75.00

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are generally processed within 48 hours of being received Monday through Friday - with some delay experienced in peak seasons. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Laird Apparel products can be returned up to 30 days after date of purchase for a full refund, providing the item is in its original condition, with tags still attached. Products in their original condition that are returned after 30 days will be eligible for store credit at the current selling price or the promotional price that was offered at the time of purchase. Sale Items are final sale, exchange only. International orders will be responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Import duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund orders for packages not delivered due to unpaid duty charges.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN / EXCHANGE?

Email us at hello@lairdapparel.com to let us know what you will be returning, and if you are requesting a refund or an exchange. We will make the note to your order. Please send returning items, the unwashed, unworn items, with tags, back to Laird Apparel.

Once we receive your package you will be sent an email notifying you that your return is being processed. Most returns are processed within 1 week of being received. Refunds should take between 1-3 days to post to your account.
